Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stuifbergenequipment@gmail.com. 

Used Parts: If it is defective, contact us immediately to explain the defect.  If it is truly defective it is eligible for a replacement or full refund. If the part(s) is not defective, the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Item must be returned in the same condition it was purchased in. Shipping is non refundable. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping)  

New Parts: 25% Restocking Fee, Shipping is non refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
